The wavelengths, briefly

Red light stimulates collagen production and supports skin renewal — the wavelength most backed by research for visible anti-ageing results. Near-infrared penetrates deeper than any visible wavelength, amplifying red light's effect on radiance and recovery. Blue light kills acne-causing bacteria, making it the go-to for blemish-prone skin. Green reduces pigmentation and evens tone. Yellow improves elasticity and firmness. Orange boosts radiance and tackles early signs of ageing. Cyan calms inflammation and soothes irritated skin. Purple combines red and blue to rejuvenate and strengthen.

What actually matters for results

How to use it
