The Lola Unwind is a compact, lightweight massage gun designed for daily relief and recovery. Four speeds and four interchangeable heads let you target tight spots, warm up before workouts, and ease post-exercise soreness. Quiet, easy to use, and smaller than an iPhone, it fits in a gym bag or carry-on.
What's in the box
For external use on healthy muscle tissue only. Do not use on the head, face, throat, or near bones. Avoid use on injured, inflamed, or bruised areas, or if you have reduced sensation. Do not use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, recent surgery, thrombosis, or any medical condition affected by vibration. If you take anticoagulants or have health concerns, speak to a clinician first. Keep away from children.

I've mainly been using it on my arms and legs after workouts, and it's been great for releasing knots and easing muscle soreness. It’s small and would be portable for use while traveling. One thing I really like is how easy it is to swap between the different massage heads. They just pop on and off, as seen in my video. My favourite is the cone attachment, it's perfect for getting into those tighter spots. Definitely a good buy if you're looking for something to help with muscle recovery."

It's also very quiet for it's size. My only warning is to be careful with the flat head - it has a tendency to bounce on boney areas such as kneecaps. But using a soft head or keeping your hands firm easily solves this."
